After an injury, it can be quite scary to get back to exercising.

At BodySuit Training, I will help you get back on track once you’ve finished your rehabilitation sessions with a kiné or doctor. In collaboration with your doctor or kiné, I will help you get strong again, work on your weak points and strengthen the muscles so we can prevent injuries in the future.

I will always train you within the scope of practice and when in doubt, refer back to your doctor for check-up and advice.
