I believe that fitness in general and well thought- out effective workouts more precisely, should be accessible to anyone. That’s why you can train with me through scheduled video calls or by following online training programs.

Sure, this ready-to-wear style of fitness is widely available, easily accessible and probably even fun to do. But is it effective?

Have you ever wondered how come the big guy to your left and the skinny girl on your right are lifting the same weight as you are? Are you sure these abdominal exercises you are doing are the right ones with that “bad” back of yours? Are you actually performing the exercises you are told to do in the correct manner?

If you are ready to lift your training to a different level, away from this mass-market approach of fitness, you need to switch aisles and drop the “one-size-fits-all ” style of training for something more fancy. “Custom-made” training is what you are looking for: training that is designed to meet YOUR needs and goals; training that suits YOUR body.

If you need motivation to come to your training sessions, you can always train together with a friend, spouse, sibling, parent, child, etc… who can give you that extra push to make it to your workouts!

Sessions are still very personal with adapted exercises to your goals and needs, but I also incorporate challenging ‘partner-exercises’ so you can motivate and challenge eachother!

Whether in front of my house or in a nearby park, outdoor training brings a unique and invigorating dimension to fitness that my clients absolutely love.

It’s more than just a workout; it’s an experience. Exercising outdoors allows you to reconnect with the natural world, breathe in fresh air and get your daily dose of vitamine D.

Throughout your sessions, I give you tips and guidelines on how to adjust your eating. If necessary and desired, a complete healthy eating plan can be made up, with a menu according to your caloric needs, food preferences and life-style.
